Sadly, this only lasts about 1 or 2 minutes until it reverts to the previous 3 Mbit/s limit, as if windows automatically updates the driver or something. This gives me about 10-15 Mbit/s download speed, which at this point is good enough (I have 100Mbit/s and other devices have achieved 50+ Mbit/s on wireless). One thing that currently works to alleviate the problem is to go into the device manager and uninstall the driver. For uploading the necessary driver, select it from the list and click on Download button.

I previously dualbooted ubuntu on this machine where the issue where different in it instead would occationally drop my internet connection altogether until I manually reset the network card. I have just recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 in case the drivers were incompatable with win7, but that only made it worse it seems. I have reinstalled windows from scratch multiple times to no avail.

I have tested pretty much all divers that the internet can provide, be it the official ASUS and AMD websites, various driver update software or manual web searches. Update 1: I copied my WAN drivers from my old hard drive that had Windinstalled (when my WAN NIC worked) The files I copied over from the drive were called: Rtlihvs.dll & rtwlane.sys I found the NEWEST drivers by the SAME name in my Windsystem32 and system32/driver folders I renamed the NEWEST Rtlihvs.dll & rtwlane.sys with.OLD at the end of each and moved them OUT of the system32 and system32/driver folder. I then copied the OLD Rtlihvs.dll & rtwlane.sys into the system32 and system32/drivers folders I rebooted to advanced startup and disabled driver enforcement VIOLA! I can now connect to 5GHz networks, as well as 2.4GHz networks.
